OIF Project Collaborators’ Meeting – Working Together to Strengthen Community Activities

Within the framework of the project “Economic Empowerment of Disadvantaged Rural Women through Financial Support, Capacity Building and Access to Healthcare (2025–2028)”, funded by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), Thiện Chí Center recently held a meeting with collaborators from the project communes.

The meeting reviewed the results of activities implemented to date, discussed local needs, and outlined plans for the next period. Collaborators actively participated, sharing valuable feedback, practical experience, and suggestions to improve the project’s effectiveness and better meet beneficiaries’ needs.

Through close cooperation between Thiện Chí Center and its collaborators, the project continues to strengthen its connection with local communities and support rural women in improving their livelihoods and building more sustainable lives.

CHARITY CROSS-COUNTRY RUN – SUPPORTING DISADVANTAGED STUDENTS

In September 2026, Thien Chi Center, in collaboration with the People's Committees of Tanh Linh, Dong Kho, Bac Ruong, Nghi Duc and other communes, successfully organized charity cross-country running events to raise funds for disadvantaged students with a strong commitment to education. The events attracted approximately 9,500 participants.

Capacity-Building Training for Disadvantaged Households

As part of the project “Economic Empowerment for Poor Rural Women through Microcredit, Capacity Building and Access to Healthcare (2025–2028)”, funded by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), the project team, in collaboration with local authorities and community volunteers in Tánh Linh and Đồng Kho communes, organized two training sessions for disadvantaged households.

Mid-Autumn Festival is a season of love, children’s smiles, and precious moments when families come together to share joy. At Thien Chi Center, children and their parents enjoyed a joyful and meaningful Mid-Autumn celebration through activities and games adapted to each child’s abilities.

DRAGON FRUIT GARDEN RECOVERY AFTER THE FLOODS

Following the floods in September 2025, many dragon fruit gardens of farmers in Tan Lap Commune were seriously affected, causing damage to crops and reducing household income. To accompany farmers in restoring their livelihoods, Thien Chi Center continued its second round of support for the recovery of dragon fruit gardens.

On September 14, 2026, Thien Chi Center (TTTC), in collaboration with the Boards of Management of Tan Linh High School (Tan Linh Commune, Lam Dong Province) and Nguyen Van Troi High School (Bac Ruong Commune, Lam Dong Province), successfully organized a charity run to raise funds for disadvantaged students with a strong commitment to education.
