Thiện Chí acts as a bridge to help disadvantaged students obtain better computers.

Phương Lan is a second-year student at the Banking University. Lan, who comes from a difficult background, faced challenges in purchasing a computer for her studies. Thiện Chí acted as a bridge to help Lan acquire a better computer. Lan feels deeply honored and grateful to be among the fortunate students supported by Mr. Bernard Kervyn and Thiện Chí.

In addition, this semester, Lan is studying Applied Informatics, and having a computer has greatly aided her in practicing with Word and Excel. Having access to a computer has made studying much easier for Lan, allowing her to access reference materials and complete assignments more effectively.

Lan expresses profound gratitude to everyone at Thiện Chí Center, the company, and especially to Mr. Bernard Kervyn and Thiện Chí for providing her with this computer. Their support has provided Lan with better learning opportunities and has made studying more convenient.

Training on Free-Range Chicken Farming Techniques

To help families improve production efficiency and develop sustainable livelihoods, Thien Chi Center collaborated with local authorities and community volunteers in Bac Ruong, Dong Kho, and Tanh Linh communes to organize a training session on free-range chicken farming techniques. A total of 39 participants attended the activity.

The Blackboard on the Wall and An Phúc’s Dream In a small temporary house built on a relative’s land, Nguyễn An Phúc remains focused as he solves math problems on a special blackboard. The blackboard is not part of a complete study corner with a desk and chairs. Instead, his father attached it to the wall because the house is too small to accommodate a separate study desk for the children.

Mrs. Huynh Thi Hoai’s family, from Ham Can 3 Hamlet, Ham Thanh Commune, is classified as a near-poor household in the local community. She and her husband have three school-aged children. Her husband works as a casual laborer, while she takes care of 200 dragon fruit plants and raises buffaloes and goats. Because she has young children to care for, she has limited opportunities to work outside the home.

As part of the project “Autonomisation des femmes défavorisées grâce à l'indépendance économique et à l'accès aux soins de santé 2025–2028” (Empowering Disadvantaged Women through Economic Independence and Access to Healthcare 2025–2028), Thien Chi Center was honored to welcome Mr. Kaloyan Kolev, representative of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), and Mr. Bernard Kervyn, representative of Mekong Plus, during their field visit to Tanh Linh, Bac Ruong, and Ham Kiem communes in Lam Dong Province.

In July 2026, Thien Chi Center was delighted to welcome Mr. Lucas, a volunteer from France, to visit and experience the community development activities of the Mekong Plus-funded project.
