Mrs. Huynh Thi Be currently resides in Neighborhood 1, Vo Xu Town, Duc Linh District, 
Binh Thuan Province. She is a member of a disadvantaged household participating in the loan program offered by the Thien Chi Center, categorized under the local impoverished household. Currently, her household consists of 7 members, including , her husband, their 5 children and herself. The eldest child has recently graduated from college and is currently seeking employment. The second eldest child is a first-year foreign trade college student, while the remaining 3 children are attending secondary school.
The couple's only source of income is from their 2 acres of rice fields, which have yielded low productivity in recent harvests. They also have a pigsty where they raise 2 black pigs. The main laborer in the family is Mr. Be, who works as a hired laborer in the fields. He engages in seasonal agricultural work. On average, he works approximately 15 days per month. Mrs. Be, on the other hand, underwent a spinal disc surgery 4 years ago, which prevents her from performing heavy labor. She takes care of household chores and sometimes collect lotus seeds, but the seeds were lacking this season,
The current monthly income of the family is 680,000 VND per person. Due to the difficulty of their situation and their recurring deficit, the Thien Chi Center has decided to provide a monthly scholarship of 300,000 VND to support the education of their daughter, Vo Thi Thanh Lam. This assistance aims to ensure that she can attend school regularly like her peers. Over the course of 2 years, the family received a total of 5,400,000 VND to cover tuition fees, purchase books and other learning materials. At the end of the academic year, all of their children achieved excellent academic results, serving as a motivation for Mr. and Mrs. Be to continue their daily labor efforts.
