Trần Văn Vũ (born in 2015) and Trần Anh Kiệt (born in 2017) live with their mother, Mrs. Từ Thị Thanh Hồng, in Phú Thọ Hamlet, Hàm Kiệm Commune, Lâm Đồng Province. Their small house lies deep in the mountains, where daily life is filled with hardship and scarcity. Since their father passed away eight months ago, all responsibilities have fallen on their mother’s frail shoulders. Besides caring for her two young sons, she also looks after her paralyzed father-in-law and her mentally disabled sister-in-law.

The family’s only source of income comes from 300 dragon fruit pillars, harvested just once every four months. During difficult times, they rely on the kindness of neighbors and relatives for food and necessities. Despite their struggles, Vũ and Kiệt are obedient, hardworking students who dream of staying in school. The family hopes to receive monthly support of 500,000 VND to help cover the children’s education expenses and ease their difficult life.
