The family of Nguyen Phuong Anh (born in 2018), who lives in Duc Tin 10 Hamlet, Hoai Duc Commune, is facing extremely difficult circumstances.
The household consists of seven members. Her parents divorced three months ago, and her mother, Ms. Nhan, is now the family's sole breadwinner. She earns a modest and unstable income by selling lottery tickets each day. Phuong Anh's grandmother is elderly and in poor health, making her unable to work.
Ms. Nhan has three school-aged children. Her eldest son has a disability and is currently in Grade 4, requiring additional educational and care expenses.
