Phan Ngoc Xuan Nhien is currently studying in grade 6, Huy Khiem Secondary School, Tanh Linh district, Binh Thuan province.
Nhien was born into a very difficult family, with 5 people including: father, grandmother, 2 older sisters and Nhien, the whole family lives in a small house of 25m2. In 2019, Nhiên father worked as a worker in Binh Duong and had a work accident that broke his leg and left him paralyzed for 3 years, so his mother left, and he and his father lived to rely on their elderly grandmother. Recently, Ba Nhien's health has improved so he works as a barber and earns about 70,000 VND/day. Currently, Nhiên grandmother has many illnesses so her legs are paralyzed and she has to sit in one place. All her activities are done by her grandchildren and her son.

The family's expenses depend on the father's income as a barber. Because of difficult circumstances, Nhiên first sister (who finished 9th grade and did not continue studying) went to Ho Chi Minh City to study baking. At home, Nhiên and her second sister both studied and helped their father with housework. take care of grandmother. Nhien is very hard-working, obedient, and has the will to rise in life.
