Ms. Kiều Thị Hảo Thi, born in 2002, lives with her husband and their 5-year-old daughter in Tuấn Tú village, Phước Dinh commune, Khánh Hòa province. Her family is classified as poor and has long struggled with difficult living conditions. Both husband and wife work as daily laborers, taking any available jobs, with unstable income that is only enough to cover basic daily expenses.
On March 10, 2026, Ms. Thi was admitted to Chợ Rẫy Hospital, where doctors diagnosed her with severe illnesses, including bacterial pneumonia, stage 5 chronic kidney disease, and congestive heart failure. She now requires regular dialysis. These life-threatening conditions have taken away the health of a young mother, turning her from the main support of the family into a patient requiring long-term treatment.
Prior to this, she had been treated at Bình Phú Hospital (District 6, Ho Chi Minh City), but as her condition did not improve, she was transferred to Chợ Rẫy Hospital. Her already difficult family situation has now become even more desperate. The family has sold their few possessions, and relatives have tried to borrow money from many sources, but it is still far from enough to cover the ever-increasing medical expenses.
The estimated cost of upcoming treatment is over 100 million VND—an amount far beyond the family’s capacity. In this desperate situation, Ms. Thi’s hope for recovery is becoming increasingly fragile.
More than ever, her family is in urgent need of support and compassion from the community and kind-hearted donors. We sincerely appeal for financial assistance of 10,000,000 VND to help cover treatment costs, maintain her dialysis, and give her a chance to continue fighting her illness. Every contribution, no matter how small, is deeply meaningful and brings hope to her life.
This is not only about helping a patient—it is about preserving a mother for her young child and saving a family on the brink of collapse.
We truly hope to receive the kindness and support of donors and the community.
