Thiện Chí Center collaborated with primary schools and local authorities in the communes of Tuyên Quang, Hàm Kiệm, Hàm Thạnh, Hàm Thuận Nam, Tân Lập, and Tân Thành to carry out a large-scale vision screening program for nearly 8,000 students. The activity aims to detect early signs of eye problems and ensure timely consultation, intervention, and support for affected children.

During the screening process, the center’s staff and collaborators visited each school to measure visual acuity, check for abnormal signs, and record the eye health status of every student. Cases showing risks of refractive errors were referred to appropriate medical facilities for further examination.
The program not only raises awareness among parents and schools about children’s eye care but also helps protect students’ vision from an early age. This meaningful initiative demonstrates the center’s commitment to supporting the community and promoting school health care.
