Thien Chi Center recently organized a special workshop with the participation of a nutrition consultant and a traditional medicine doctor. The event aimed to provide comprehensive knowledge for collaborators, staff, and local workers on effective health care practices. The discussions focused on the importance of a balanced diet, proper nutrition, and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits to minimize the risks of cardiovascular diseases and strokes.

In addition, the experts introduced preventive methods from traditional medicine, harmonized with modern science, making them practical and easy to apply in daily life. Participants were encouraged to be proactive in protecting their health by improving eating habits, engaging in regular physical activities, and scheduling periodic medical check-ups. The workshop not only offered useful knowledge but also inspired positive changes in attitudes toward long-term health care.

Through this initiative, the community is expected to strengthen both physical and mental well-being, build healthier routines, and create a sustainable foundation for a happier and healthier life. This activity reflects Thien Chi Center’s continuous efforts to enhance community health and support local people in living actively and responsibly.
