In the joyful atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Thien Chi Center organized the program “Happy Mid-Autumn Festival” for children with special educational needs. This annual event aims to bring love, happiness, and sharing to the children during this meaningful festival.

The celebration took place warmly with the participation of parents, teachers, and children. From early morning, the center was filled with colorful lanterns and festive decorations.

The children took part in a variety of fun and engaging activities such as making mooncakes, painting masks, lantern parades, a “throwing balls to the moon” game, and receiving gifts. With the dedicated guidance of teachers and parents, the lovely mooncakes and vibrant masks were completed with pride and joy. The lively lion dance performance that followed brought laughter and excitement to everyone.

The most heartwarming moment came when the children joined the lantern parade and received their gifts. The sparkling lantern lights blended with their innocent smiles, creating a touching and meaningful Mid-Autumn scene.

The event not only brought joy to the children but also served as an opportunity for parents and teachers to connect, understand, and share more deeply in the journey of caring for and educating children with special needs.

The celebration ended with bright smiles and joyful laughter. The Thien Chi Center hopes that each Mid-Autumn season will continue to be a time to spread love, bringing the moonlight of hope and faith to all children.
