Sister Nguyễn Thị Hải, residing in Đức Linh District, Bình Thuận Province, was holding lottery tickets and asked, "Would you like to buy a lottery ticket?"

As I looked over, I saw it was Sister Hải. She shared, "Thank you to the Thiện Chí Center for previously supporting us with loans, medical expenses, and scholarships for my children. We were in a very difficult situation before."

I asked, "How is life for you these days?"

She replied, "I am very happy. My three children are doing well now. My eldest son has finished his college education and is working with gas equipment, also supporting my younger daughter’s education. My eldest daughter is currently in her third year at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with excellent academic performance, and my youngest son is in the 12th grade at Hùng Vương High School." She hurriedly pulled out her phone to show a photo of her daughter receiving a certificate for her volunteer work, with the proud spirit of a devoted mother who has raised her family while supporting her husband’s illness and her children’s education.

Despite the challenges, this is a woman who strives for her children’s education, believing that only through education can her family escape poverty!
