Ms. Thảo's family lives in Quarter 6, Đức Tài Town, Đức Linh District, Bình Thuận Province. The family consists of four members: the couple and their two school-age children. They have been participating in the economic development program since 2017, with an initial average income of 510,000 VND per person. Now, their income has increased to 1,100,000 VND.

Ms. Thảo, born in 1986, suffers from stomach ulcers, joint issues, and cerebral anemia. She earns a living by selling lottery tickets every day. Her husband, Nguyễn Văn Tính, born in 1977, has stomach issues, spine problems, and physical weakness.

Their daughter, Nguyễn Thị Tường Vy, is in 11th grade, and their son, Nguyễn Văn Thi, is in 7th grade. Both children are still in school, so the family’s expenses are high.

The family owns 2 sào (a local unit of land) of lotus fields, but the income is low and insufficient to cover the family’s living expenses and the children’s education. The husband also works additional jobs to earn more for the family.

Both parents are suffering from various health issues and often visit the hospital to buy medicine under the health insurance system. However, their health insurance has expired, and the family does not have the money to renew it.

The family requests support from the Thiện Chí Center to help them obtain health insurance, so they can go for medical check-ups, buy medicine, and have the health and strength to work, ensuring they can support their children's education.
