In recent months, the project has partnered with the local authorities of Nghi Duc Commune to organize a training course focused on poultry farming techniques for local households. The program attracted 19 participants from different villages in the commune, showing the community’s strong interest in improving their farming skills.

During the training, farmers were introduced to practical knowledge and scientific approaches to raising chickens, including feeding methods, housing conditions, and disease prevention. Special emphasis was placed on identifying common poultry diseases and applying proper vaccination and biosecurity measures to protect the flocks. Trainers also provided guidance on cost-effective practices to reduce expenses while ensuring healthy growth and better productivity.

This training not only equipped the participants with technical skills but also encouraged them to apply sustainable farming methods, contributing to higher income and long-term stability for their families. By supporting local households with knowledge and skills, the project aims to empower farmers to become more self-reliant, resilient, and confident in developing their small-scale poultry businesses.

The course received positive feedback from participants, many of whom expressed their eagerness to apply what they had learned in their daily work and to share the knowledge with others in the community.
