Recently, Thien Chi Center, in collaboration with the local authorities of Tan Linh Commune, organized a training course on rice cultivation techniques for local households. The program attracted 28 farming families, reflecting their strong interest in improving agricultural knowledge and practices.

During the training, participants received detailed guidance on rice cultivation techniques, from planting to harvesting. Farmers were taught how to identify common pests and diseases that affect rice plants, as well as effective and safe methods of prevention and timely treatment. Special attention was given to proper fertilization practices—applying the right amount at the right time—to ensure healthy plant growth, improve productivity, and minimize damage caused by pests and diseases.

This program not only provided farmers with valuable skills and updated knowledge but also encouraged them to apply these practices in their daily farming activities. By implementing the techniques learned, households are expected to achieve higher and more stable rice yields. As a result, the training contributes to improving household incomes, strengthening food security, and enhancing the overall quality of life in Tan Linh Commune.

Such initiatives demonstrate the commitment of Thien Chi Center and local authorities to supporting sustainable agricultural development and empowering rural communities.
