Nguyen Dang Bao Nhu, a 7th-grade student,currently lives in Ninh Phước, was born into a poor family of five. With no land for cultivation, the family's income relies primarily on her parents' unstable daily wages. Her mother works at a small restaurant from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, earning 150,000 VND per day. Her father takes on various odd jobs, occasionally working as a construction laborer for 200,000 VND per day, but his employment is highly inconsistent.
Nhu's family has three children currently in school—her older brother in 11th grade and her younger sister in 4th grade. Without bicycles, their parents take turns transporting them to and from school. Covering tuition fees, books, and other school expenses for all three children is an immense challenge given their modest earnings. Their small home, constructed from old wooden planks, rusted corrugated iron, and tarpaulin, is severely deteriorated and at risk of collapsing at any moment.
Despite these hardships, Nhu remains diligent in her studies and consistently achieves good results. They hope to receive a scholarship of 300,000 VND per month to help Nhu continue her education and pursue her dreams, ease their financial burden.
