To the beloved Board of Directors, staff, and fellow volunteers,

Fifteen years have passed since I began volunteering for the Thiện Chí Center for Community Support and Development in Đức Linh District. Throughout this time, I have gained so much. I am deeply grateful to the Board of Directors, staff, colleagues, and the disadvantaged households who have all worked hand in hand with me, enabling me to fulfill the responsibilities of the organization’s projects.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the sponsors who have continuously provided funding and support for programs aimed at helping struggling families overcome their difficulties.

Moreover, volunteering has brought me immense joy. It has given me confidence and helped me overcome my shyness — a transformation I value greatly.

Thank you for everything.

After all the time we’ve spent together, it is with a heavy heart that I bid farewell due to various reasons: age, personal commitments, and many others. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and sponsors for the close bond we have shared, like family, contributing together to the betterment of society.

As the new year approaches, I wish all of you joy, health, peace, and happiness.

Warm regards,

Nguyễn Thị Tám
