As part of the project “Economic Empowerment for Rural Poor Women through Microcredit, Capacity Building and Access to Healthcare (2025–2028)”, funded by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), Thien Chi Center organized a training session on household financial management for 95 women in Tan Thanh Commune, Ham Thuan Nam.
During the session, participants gained practical knowledge on budgeting, balancing household income and expenses, saving, and using financial resources effectively. These essential skills help women make informed financial decisions and improve the management of their household finances.
Following the training, Thien Chi Center provided microcredit loans to participating women to support small businesses, farming, and livestock production. By combining capacity building with financial support, the OIF-funded project is helping rural women strengthen their livelihoods, improve household incomes, and move toward a more sustainable future.
