Recently, as part of a project supporting disadvantaged households, Thien Chi Center, in collaboration with local authorities and community collaborators in Bac Ruong, Dong Kho, and Tan Linh communes, organized three training sessions on the prevention and management of common health conditions. The activity attracted 80 participants from the local communities.

The sessions focused on health issues that are becoming increasingly common, particularly breast cancer and hypertension. Participants received practical information on causes, early warning signs, preventive measures, and basic home care. In addition to presentations from the trainers, community members had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange experiences, and discuss real challenges related to healthcare.

Through these training sessions, participants not only increased their awareness of the importance of disease prevention but also gained practical skills to protect their own health and that of their families. The knowledge acquired can also be shared with relatives and neighbors, helping spread useful health information throughout the community. This activity contributes to promoting healthier habits and encouraging people to take a more proactive role in caring for their health, ultimately supporting stronger and healthier communities.
