After one year of implementing the project “Economic Development for Poor Rural Women through Microcredit Support, Capacity Building, and Healthcare Access” funded by the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), the Thien Chi Center has supported 300 disadvantaged women in project areas across Binh Thuan Province.
During the first project evaluation phase, participating women gathered together to review and share the results achieved over the past year. Many women shared that the timely financial support helped their families invest in farming, livestock raising, and small businesses, gradually creating income and improving their living conditions.

Beyond economic support, these meetings also created opportunities for participants to exchange experiences, encourage one another, and discuss future development plans. Some women also expressed their hope that the project could provide additional funding so that their livelihood models could be expanded and become more effective.
The sincere feedback from participating households continues to motivate the project team to accompany poor rural women on their journey toward sustainable livelihoods, improved quality of life, and better opportunities for their families in the future.
