During the past month, the project was delighted to welcome Ms. Emily to visit and learn about the community support activities being implemented in the local area. The visit provided an opportunity for her to directly meet local families, students, and collaborators participating in Thiện Chí Center’s programs.
During the trip, Ms. Emily explored several livelihood models such as pig raising, chicken farming using biological bedding, rice cultivation, and vegetable growing. These practical activities help local people improve their income and develop sustainable livelihoods. In addition, the scholarship program for disadvantaged students left a strong and positive impression on the visitor.
Through the visit, Ms. Emily gained a better understanding of the challenges faced by local families as well as the efforts made by the Center to support the community. The visit also helped strengthen connections, promote sharing, and spread kindness and compassion to more people.
