In line with the Vietnamese Government’s decision to streamline the state apparatus and strengthen the two-tier administrative system, in August, Thien Chi Center worked closely with commune-level authorities to establish new commune management boards. This initiative aims to improve governance efficiency while ensuring that community development activities are implemented in a more practical and coordinated manner.

Based on detailed plans proposed by local authorities, the board members held discussions and officially launched the new commune management boards. This establishment not only represents an organizational adjustment but also reflects the commitment of Thien Chi Center and its partners to supporting sustainable local development.

The launch of the new boards creates opportunities to mobilize resources, strengthen community participation, and lay a strong foundation for future programs in economic, educational, and social fields.
