Starting in August 2026, under the project **“Economic Empowerment of Poor Rural Women through Financial Support, Capacity Building and Access to Healthcare, 2025–2028,”** funded by the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), Thien Chi Center continues to implement Phase 3, focusing on providing financial support and capacity-building training for women in the project areas.

Through community meetings, women have the opportunity to exchange ideas on how to use financial resources effectively, share production experiences, and discuss economic development plans suited to each family’s circumstances. Every story and experience shared provides practical ideas, helping participants feel more confident in using the financial support and developing their family economic plans.

In addition to economic development, the meetings also create opportunities for open discussions about the division of responsibilities among family members. Sharing household and productive work, participating together in economic decisions, and supporting one another can help families make better use of each member’s strengths and resources.

As the project enters this new phase, Thien Chi Center and OIF continue to accompany women not only through financial support but also through knowledge, experience sharing, and community connections—creating more opportunities for women to take an active role in developing their livelihoods and, together with their families, build a better future.
