In addition to the Community's Health program, Thien Chi is targeting students and offers additional programs in schools. Dental health and sex education workshops are organized and conducted every year, in partnership with the Education & Training (E&T) departments of the districts.

The dental health program is implemented in a total of 86 primary schools and 54 kindergartens, in 3 districts : Tanh Linh, Duc Linh and Ham Thuan Nam. This represents more than 52,000 children and students who have better oral health. The teachers at beneficiary schools now have stronger knowledge of oral protection too, ensuring the sustainability of the program. The children can show the good practices that they learn in school to their parents and siblings. As oral health is often overlooked in the communities, this program can have a lasting impact on the lives of their members.

The sex education program affects 15 secondary schools, who participate every year. About 2,000 students learn about sex and gender. Each school nominates teachers who will be trained by the E&T Department and then pass on the knowledge to their colleagues. The E&T department still monitors the other teachers after they are taught. Thien Chi members come to evaluate the lessons as well. To do so, they assess the knowledge of the children on these subjects before and after the lesson, with a wirtten assignment. After the program, a ranking is done with the E&T Department to award the best teachers.

In Vietnam, raising pigs in residential areas is not completely prohibited, but it is strictly regulated and subject to specific legal limitations. Especially in urban areas, densely populated neighborhoods, or land designated for urban housing, pig farming is often banned or discouraged due to its potential negative impacts on the living environment. Common concerns include unpleasant odors, noise, sanitation issues, and the risk of disease outbreaks. During the dry season, water shortages further complicate hygiene and livestock care.
