As part of the project “Autonomisation des femmes défavorisées grâce à l'indépendance économique et à l'accès aux soins de santé 2025–2028” (Empowering Disadvantaged Women through Economic Independence and Access to Healthcare 2025–2028), Thien Chi Center was honored to welcome Mr. Kaloyan Kolev, representative of the Organisation internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), and Mr. Bernard Kervyn, representative of Mekong Plus, during their field visit to Tanh Linh, Bac Ruong, and Ham Kiem communes in Lam Dong Province.

During the visit, the delegation met with Thien Chi Center staff, local authorities, and representatives of the Women's Union. They also visited beneficiary households and had the opportunity to speak directly with women participating in the project.

Through these field activities, the donor representatives acknowledged and highly appreciated the project's initial achievements. The key activities are being implemented as planned, helping disadvantaged women strengthen their capacities, access financial resources, improve their livelihoods, and receive better healthcare services.

The visit also provided an opportunity for Thien Chi Center, local authorities, and community members to discuss challenges encountered during project implementation and propose recommendations to further enhance the project's effectiveness and sustainability in the coming phases.

Thien Chi Center sincerely thanks OIF, Mekong Plus, local authorities, the Women's Union, and all participating households for their valuable partnership and support. This collaboration is a strong source of motivation for us to continue empowering rural women to build sustainable livelihoods and improve their quality of life.
