In October 2025, Thien Chi Center collaborated with local women’s groups to produce handcrafted rattan products for a business partner. This initiative is part of the center’s program to create job opportunities and increase income for rural women. Through crafting items such as baskets, trays, and decorative products, nearly 20 women had the chance to work, improve their skills, and earn additional income to support their families.

Besides production, Thien Chi Center also provided guidance on time management, product quality, and teamwork, helping participants strengthen solidarity, confidence, and self-reliance. This activity not only brings economic value but also empowers women to recognize their important roles in both family and community life.
