Staff & Village workers:
- As of June 2023, Thiện Chí has a total of 31 full-time staff and 70 part-time village workers who are residents in the communities benefiting from Thiện Chí's initiatives.
- Thanks to village workers, Thiện Chí's staff can quickly connect with and support the disadvantaged communities, maximizing the effectiveness of community development efforts.

Water Drowning Prevention Skills Training:
Until June 2023, Thiện Chí Hàm Thuận Nam also organized training for village workers on essential first aid skills in case of water drowning incidents, enabling them to assist the community when needed and gain knowledge of foreign body rescue techniques.

Presentation and Public Speaking Skills Training for Staff:
Human resources play a crucial role in the success of an organization, and Thiện Chí takes pride in its staff, especially those with at least 8 years of experience, who are dedicated and closely connected to the local areas.
Throughout their work at Thiện Chí, fundraising staff are supported with training on necessary skills to enhance the quality of activities and sustain the organization.

Training on Skills for 2 staff in charge of Teaching children with disability program:
- As a program running for a decade, the inclusive education activities have been instrumental in supporting numerous parents with children having autism, helping the children integrate into society, and alleviating the burden on families and society.
As of June 2023, there are a total of 26 children with learning difficulties, autism, etc., participating in the Teaching children with disability program at Thiện Chí.
- In the academic year 2022-2023, two staff members from the this team underwent training to acquire essential skills for teaching children with learning difficulties.

Ms. Nguyễn Thị Trí’s family resides in Đức Linh district. Previously classified as a near-poor household with financial difficulties, they joined a microloan program in March 2022. The family consists of four members: the couple and their two school-aged children. Without any farmland of their own, they had to rent land to grow corn and lived in a temporary shelter next to her mother-in-law's house in Hamlet 1A. Aside from working on the rented fields, both husband and wife would take on any hired work they could find, but the jobs were unstable, resulting in an average income of only 875,000 VND per person per month.
