On Ngo Thi Nham Street, Duc Tai Town, stands a small charity house at No. 59 where Ms. Phan Thi Kim Huong lives with her husband, Mr. Vo Van Khinh, and their family. They have two children: their eldest daughter, Kieu, is in grade 7 but struggles with learning, while their youngest son, Xuan Phi, a second grader, has a disability and is receiving intervention at Thien Chi Center.

The family is classified as near-poor and owns no farmland. Their income depends mainly on unstable wage labor. Mr. Khinh does heavy work, suffers from chronic back pain, and has been treated for stomach problems at Hoa Hao Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. Mrs. Huong works at Ong Don Company with low income, and due to her work environment, she suffers from vestibular disorders and chronic dermatitis.
Recognizing their difficult situation, Thien Chi Center visited the family and provided medical support for Ms. Huong. This assistance helps her reduce treatment costs, regain better health, and continue caring for her family, especially her two disadvantaged children.
